The conventional method of ‘chalk & talk’ did little to engage my imagination; critical to making learning enjoyable. On reflection, it was when the learning was practical, with clear demonstrations, that I could effortlessly recall every aspect of the lesson being taught. Or when a theatre company visited I, and many of my peers, could enthusiastically recount every element of the experience.
Over time I have learnt this feeling is typical, be it during the school years, or later in work-a-day life. Yet there are proven ways to overcoming the hurdles to learning. It simply needs a little know-how and creativity to shape an environment that engages people and builds individual confidence to make life-long learning possible.
It is now widely acknowledged in the education and teaching professions that each of us have a dominant learning style. This knowledge is applied to every training programme developed by the company and is delivered with passion and enthusiasm. How We Work
The key to our success is working closely with our clients to understand their needs, to ensure that our delivery is on-point, effective and sustainable.
We meet with our clients and sometimes staff before putting a number of proposals together that creatively address their requirements. Once a proposal has been selected, our team begins developing the programme, bringing all of their creative specialisms to the table. Sometimes things come together quickly, other times it takes longer but one thing is certain, our commitment to delivering a product that hits the mark.
