Safety Seymour Session
PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY AS IT WILL HELP YOU PREPARE FOR THE SESSION.
Please pass this information onto your colleagues if required
On the day:
- Our Arts Facilitator (AF) will arrive 15 minutes prior to the session starting, to set up in the classroom.
- The AF will need a little extra space for the session so may move some furniture around for more interactive elements.
- During the session, a PowerPoint Presentation will be shown; this can be displayed on a smartboard. Please test it and have it ready for our session:

Session Resources:
- A free activity pack will be sent to you prior to the session for each child to take home. Please advise us of any changes to pupil numbers, giving us two weeks’ notice. Thank you.
Preparation:
- Information Letter for Parents – Please download and send to parents prior to our session, to help keep them in the loop.
- Cancellation Policy – please read this information. Two weeks’ notice is required if you need to cancel or change the booking.
